Why can’t I find an item in the store that is in the catalog?
Occasionally an item has gone out of print since we published our last catalog. If the item is not available in the online store, chances are it is no longer available. However, you may contact us at the number or e-mail below to find out for sure.
Are all the items in your online store also in your catalog?
No, there are items available through our online store that cannot be listed in our catalog.

What are my shipping options?
NSTA’s online store offers you two shipping options, regular and expedited. For non-US orders, delivery times may vary based on your location. Please call the number below for estimated international shipping times. Regular delivery orders are sent via UPS (UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box) and take 7–12 days at most. Expedited shipping is sent 2-day mail and is charged an additional 20% of the entire order (25% for all foreign orders). Minimum of $15 extra charge for all rush orders. See table below for regular shipping rates.

How will I know my order has been processed?
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. Please be sure to include a correct e-mail address, or you will not receive a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please contact us by e-mail or at the phone number below.
How can I track my order?
Go to orders.nsta.org. You will need your confirmation number and invoice number or you will need to know the shipping address of the order.
How can I return an item?
All returns must be sent to the address below. Returns sent to any other address may have a rerouting fee applied.

NSTA gives a 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee—any individual may return a publication in saleable condition within 30 days of receipt. NSTA will refund the purchase price in full of items over $10. Orders under $10 will receive account credit.
To return an item, indicate the reason for the return, include the packing slip or invoice, and wrap the package securely. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping and handling on the original invoice and for shipping the package back to NSTA at the address above; NSTA refunds or credits the purchase price only. Certain sale items are nonreturnable.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
You will not be charged for an item until it is in stock. The rest of your order will be shipped immediately, and you will be shipped the out-of-stock items as soon as it returns to inventory. Your shipping charge will be prorated per delivery.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
NSTA does offer bulk discounts on NSTA Press® books to individuals and schools, but our online store cannot process these orders, so you need to place your order by phone (800-277-5300 or 301-638-0200) or fax (888-433-0526 or 301-843-0159). Bulk discounts are given on individual titles (but cannot be applied to set discounts). You must purchase quantities of the same title in order for the discount to be applied. See table below for discount rates.

Is it safe to order online?
We have taken precautions to ensure the security and privacy of your personal information.
